For Me To Remember

I want to break the monotony and post two paintings of great masters to my blog--

This is Vincent Van Gogh's (1853-1890)Sea scape).

Born in Holland-one of the first 'impressionists'.

An artist unknown in his life time only to become legendary after death.

I love this work by the lawyer turned artist Henri Matisse(1869-1954) called 'dance'.
His paintings are 'poweful',for they have the ability to move the spirit by their colors.
